Our plight: Nutrition & Sustainability

Neapolitan-inspired pizza. Crust made from three ingredients: Organic USA flour, water, and salt; leavened naturally by wild yeast, cultured with wild bacteria. Sauce from DOP San Marzano tomatoes seasoned with salt. Cheese made in Detroit, MI with milk from grass-pastured cows in Nashville, MI. Various carefully selected toppings including artisan charcuterie and vegetables sourced from local farms and sustainability-minded companies. Our principles are based in sustainable organic agriculture, but in our hyper-commoditized world, finding ingredients which match our ethic can be extraordinarily challenging, but our pursuit is relentless. We strive to be transparent in all that we do, so please ask.

Fresh salad bowls. Feel complete. Produce from the best small local family farms mixed with other veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes. Dressings made with cold pressed, unrefined or naturally refined oils (extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil). Healthy can also be filling and delicious. When local greens difficult to source (during the throws of winter) we may supplement/substitute with organic greens from elsewhere.

Wine. A small curated list of affordable wines to pair with pizza.
